The need to process orders online was growing.

Before the introduction of the Sensational Commerce solutions, 100 percent of orders were still placed over the phone. Due to a constantly growing business volume, a new solution had to be found.

The constantly growing business volume and the increasing demand from restaurateurs for an online ordering option prompted Bianchi to take the next step towards digitization.

It was clear that user-friendly ordering interfaces for mobile phones and the web, as well as sophisticated interfaces, are essential for successful digitization of sales.
