Howeg (food services)
The company delivers restaurants, hotel, hospitals and canteens all over Switzerland from its modern logistics center in Winterthur with 7000+ products including fresh, refrigerated and frozen food, as well as a wide assortment of beverages and wines.

For more than five years, Sensational AG is delivering the food service provider Howeg a modern e-commerce platform based on PopScan (link) for all their online activities. Due to this close business relationship, we are constantly improving the electronic shopping experience for Howeg’s customers with new modules and features.

Dental-Union
The company is the leading European logistic center in dental retail trade with nearly 100 linked depositories in Germany and the neighboring countries. It features a range of approx. 70’000 products from over 400 suppliers. 120 employees make sure that more than 6’000 packages are being sent out on a daily basis.

Dentists are very demanding customers – even when the subject at hand involves an electronic ordering system. For this reason, Dental Union trusts its relationship with Sensational AG since 2006. Using the PopScan applications, every dental practice has its very own and customized interface, always considering the needed obligation to observe confidentiality.

Zurich Zoo
Zurich’s zoo is considered one of the best zoological gardens of Europe. About 4’000 animals of 340 different species live in spectacular and nature-oriented facilities.
Visitors can observe various habitats from the Himalayan Mountains to South-American grasslands with their countless inhabitants. Some of the special features of the zoo are the gorillas and orangutans, rhinos, Indian elephants, lions and tigers, European otters, small pandas, sloths, anteaters, penguins, giant tortoises and different kinds of colorful yet poisonous frogs.
Background
Zurich’s zoo never rests. If you don’t have the possibility or the time to personally visit the young elephants or the new African mountain facility, you can do so at any time using the zoo’s webcams. Sensational AG in cooperation with Sunrise set up the complete surveillance und live video-streaming solution. This very popular offer attracted thousands of viewers in only a very short period of time.
